It did occur to me that you can equip your trains to use air-con only outside the deep tunnels, but that doesn&#039;t help most of the time, particularly on the Victoria, which is all underground.  The other ideas sound very much like the kind of wizard boffinry Boris would enjoy, if he only did his research.  If someone would just drop a word in his ear that his guys are ahead of him on this, that would be grand.</description>

Mobile phones work, emergency services have no problems with communications, the trains are quiet and don&#039;t feel like they&#039;re about to fly off the rail at any moment.
It all costs money though, and NuLabor (TM) are as investment allergic as the Tories.</description>
