Right here:

The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, today delivered on another one of his key manifesto pledges, joining Transport for London (TfL) to launch a competition to design a brand new bus for London, inspired by the Capital’s iconic Routemaster.

Yes, launching a competition is a ‘key manifesto pledge’. That’s *launching a competition*. Not putting money into new services, cutting fares, expanding services, *launching a competition*. Truly we are blessed.

Anyway, I’m going to give my four year old a crayon and tell him to draw a bus. Then I’ll send it in. It might even win.

Update (from Ben): Do head over to The Tory Troll for an account of duckings and divings at the competition launch.
