It has been decided that applying for a TWAO is the best means of ensuring that the Baker Street SFA Project is delivered in time for the London 2012 Games as it is the only means of offering certainty of securing all of the required consents in the timescale contemplated. Submission of the TWAO application is planned for December 2008.
