Boris’s astonishingly bad choice of lieutenants took a new twist today when all but one Assembly Member published their expenses on line. The exception was the only one Boris picked for a role other than the statutory Deputy Mayor, Richard Barnes, which he has to. It is, of course, tubby Barnet petrolhead and chair of the LFEPA Brian ‘Taxi’ Coleman. Dear oh dear.
