Boris has proven one thing, and that is "you can fool some of the people - all of the time".....and he has possibly also proven that "it's easier to fool fools, when you are a fool yourself". ....or in the words of George Bush....errr. fool me once.....errr.....fool me again?.....err.....fool me once.......can'rt fool me again.....or something like that. …speaking of ‘breaking promises’ – is this what Boris was thinking when he talked in his election campaign about honesty and accountability for the Mayor of London?
