GLA Reshuffle: Boris Goes Back To The Future

No time for analysis, but Boris has now seemingly abandoned the Deputy Mayor idea and gone back to the old Chief of Staff role, with (obviously ) Sir Simon Milton in it.

Following the GLA grilling of Sir Simon Milton and Martin Clarke (the GLA finance chief, inherited from the previous regime) on Martin ‘Mayorwatch’ Hoscik’s Twitter feed:
